Who Will Win Ballon D'or 2023? Lionel Messi Or Haaland ?

After a fallow Ballon d’Or year for Lionel Messi in 2022, he is out in front of the 2023 betting…for a trophy he won in 2022.

This doesn’t seem quite right but the World Cup being in November/December 2022 means that the first chance to give Messi an eighth trophy will be October 2023.

1) Lionel Messi

After winning the World Cup in 2022, he is the overwhelming favourite to win what would undoubtedly be his eighth and final Ballon d'Or. It seems improper. Erling Haaland has led Manchester City achieve a genuine Treble this season, so it must be a little upsetting that it would take an absurd effort from one of the individuals below to unseat him.

2) Erling Haaland

According to the story, Haaland and Mbappe will compete for the Ballon d'Or for ten years. In all likelihood, Haaland will be aware that the fact that he is Norwegian implies that he had to likely win the Champions League. He won it, but it's still doubtful that it will be sufficient in a year in which he is also quite certain to score the most goals.

3) Kevin De Bruyne

third the previous year, but had a bad World Cup. He can legitimately feel that he was unlucky to reach his best during the Messi years at the age of 31. especially when he took home a Triple.

4) Kylian Mbappe

Despite five top-10 finishes, he has never even made it to the podium. With just domestic awards secured this year, that is unlikely to change. He wants to leave PSG, which makes sense.

5) Vinicius Jr.

Benzema, you deserve to be the best player!" Neymar tweeted something. But Vini Jr. in eighth grade, it's a joke. He's top 3 at least.

But the reality is that winning the Ballon d'Or as a young guy is extremely difficult. even when you're really smart. But particularly if Kyle Walker steals your money over two legs of the Champions League semifinal match.

6)Karim Benzema

He was the winner the year before, but practically, he is unlikely to win this year. Particularly given that he missed the 2022 World Cup, which is purportedly essential to receiving the 2023 honour. especially considering that he recently fled to Saudi Arabia.

8) Mohamed Salah

claimed fifth place in 2022, and since then, both he and Liverpool have gotten worse.

9) Robert Lewandowski:

It ought to have won in 2020. Covid stole my money. In 2023, winning La Liga will not enough.
