This doesn’t seem quite right but the World Cup being in November/December 2022 means that the first chance to give Messi an eighth trophy will be October 2023.

Erling Haaland has led Manchester City achieve a genuine Treble this season, so it must be a little upsetting that it would take an absurd effort from one of the individuals below to unseat him.

According to the story, Haaland and Mbappe will compete for the Ballon d'Or for ten years. In all likelihood, Haaland will be aware that the fact that he is Norwegian implies that he had to likely win the Champions League. He won it, but it's still doubtful that it will be sufficient in a year in which he is also quite certain to score the most goals.
